Every SOULDAWN piece is carefully prepared by hand. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

Please contact us before sending an item back. Return instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Custom Fit Requests

Pieces prepared to a wrist measurement or special fit request are made especially for you. For this reason, custom-fit items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Return Shipping

For returns that are not related to damage, defects, or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
