Are your crystals natural?
Yes. We use natural crystals in our jewelry. Because they are naturally formed, each crystal has its own unique colors, patterns, and characteristics.
What material is used for your silver jewelry?
Our silver jewelry pieces are made with S925 sterling silver.
Will my crystal look exactly like the product image?
Each crystal is naturally unique. We use natural crystals, which means no two pieces will have exactly the same patterns, colors, or textures. While we cannot guarantee an identical appearance to the product image, we always select natural crystals with beautiful and authentic characteristics.
